ADULTS PROGRAM
BEGINNERS
The Beginners Program is designed to introduce students with little to no experience to the essential movements of Jiu Jitsu and self-defense. The program's curriculum focuses on presenting techniques in a clear and easy-to-understand format to build a solid foundation. The small-class setting enables students to learn and apply techniques in a supportive engaging environment.
FUNDAMENTALS
The Fundamentals Program benefits students of all belt and experience levels. The program builds upon the Beginners Program foundation, offering a more comprehensive study of techniques and concepts. Students are introduced to situational training where they build confidence and problem-solving skills.
ADVANCED
The Advanced Program is designed for students ready to push their limits in intense, tournament-like sparring sessions. Training consists of timed rounds with minimal rest breaks, closely simulating competition settings. The program aims to enhance students' timing, mobility, and athleticism, deepening their understanding of Jiu Jitsu and elevating their skills to the next level.
